At 7:30 PM when my wife returned and tried to close the garage door, the door went off track and got stuck. I struggled with it and was barely able to get it to close. I reached out around 8 PM on yelp and John responded within 10 minutes. He was there the next morning with a helper and my door was fixed by 9:30 AM. This went as smooth as possible. I will highly recommend John.

John was prompt in answering to my text and phone call for a damaged garage door. Safety is very important in my neighborhood as we've been experiencing a lot of theft in our area. John found his earliest availability and was ready with solutions after a quick consultation. We replaced the garage door opener and garage door in the collective amount of 5 hours. Patient, Prompt/Early, & honest.

My garage door tension spring decided today was the day that it would give out and snap. Called up No Shortcut Garage Doors and John answered and noted that he was available for the next morning. Gave him my address and set the appointment. No later than 5 minutes later, he calls me back and says he's actually really close by and was able to fix my garage door today. John shows up in 10 minutes and knows what needs to be done immediately. Let's me know what he needs to do, gives me an estimate and time needed to fix. A little over a half hour later, it's done and the door is back in action. Great service, and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to fix their garage door issues. My garage is broken and the door cannot open. Text "No shortcut Garage" to ask for the helps. The response is within 5 min and a schedule is made to our preference. He also texted me when driving to my house. With clear explanation on what (spring) went wrong, what parts (ring) are optional, and what is the labor charges. Everything is up-to-front. Of course, the key is their professional works from beginning to the end including checking other parts/maintenance. Within an hour, everything works and better (quieter). Thanks them for the works. I am definitely recommend them without reservation.

I been looking to raise my garage door for a while now to be able to install a 4 post car lift. I contacted a couple local installers to see if they can take on the type of job I needed. They said they don't do that kind of work. Today John came from San Jose to Manteca to do a high lift tracks and side motor mount. John was very prompt. He called me and gave me an arrival time. When he arrived we went over the plans and changes I made last minute. He was professional and very informative. My garage looks so much better! I was very happy with the end results.
